You are invited to join us for an open Labyrinth walk during Holy Week to prepare your heart, soul and mind for the Joy of Easter. Labyrinth guides will be present to instruct and assist. No experience needed! What is a Labyrinth?

You are invited to join us for an open Labyrinth walk during Holy Week to prepare your heart, soul and mind for the Joy of Easter. Labyrinth guides will be present to instruct and assist. No experience needed! What is a Labyrinth?
- An ancient circular pattern found in many cultures and civilizations dating back over 5000 years
- A single winding path that provides a meditative walk to the center and back out again
- A practice that integrates the body with the mind and the mind with the spirit
- To assist in prayer, meditation and reflection
- To give yourself space to quiet the chatter in your mind so you can be still and listen for the ‘still small voice’ within
- To help yourself find guidance, peace, serenity, healing and forgiveness
- Tuesday 11am - 7 pm
- Wednesday 11 am - 7 pm
- Maundy Thursday 11am - 6 pm
- Good Friday 7 am - 7 pm followed by worship at 7pm
- The walk may take as little as ½ hour or as much time as you’d like
